Dry Ingredients- 2 Cup all purpose flour(Maida) 1 tablespoons baking powder 1 teaspoons salt 4 tablespoons sugar Wet Ingredients- 2 egg(Keep egg 's white and yellow in separate bowl) 2 cup milk 4 tablespoons butter or ghee
1.In a bowl , whisk all dry ingredients; flour sugar baking powder and salt. Keep it aside. 2.In another bowl ,whisk milk, butter and yellow egg part. 3.Add the wet ingredient in dry ingredient bowl and whisky it well.(Tips-Always whisky in one direction) 4.Whisk the egg white separate till it turns into white colored foam .Then add this foam into above mixture and gently whisk this batter. 5.Heat a nonstick pan over medium flame and apply some butter on pan .For each pancake, spoon take 2 or 3 tablespoons of batter onto pan, use back of the spoon to spread batter into round. 6.Cook until some bubble appear on surface. Turn and cook until other side is thoroughly. 7.Transfer pancake to plate. Repeat for remaining pancakes. Serve hot pancake with Honey and enjoy!!
