3 table spoons peanuts 2 red chillies salt oil 2 spoons for tadka a medium piece tamarind soak in water mustard seeds,jeera and curry leaves.
add one spoon oil to the pan then add the peanuts to it fry them until they get gold color.then add the chillies fry it a min.then it cool a bit then grind it with the tamarind.then take the pan add the 1 spoon oil to it then add popu ingridients to it.then add this grinmixture to it then add the salt.serve it with idlis,dosas etc
