1 cup rice,2 cups of coconut milk,masala paste,pudina,cilantro, 3 cloves,2 elaichi,1 cinnamon stick,cashewnuts. 1onion little 3green chillies
for masala paste:ginger and garlic poppy seeds,2 cloves,1 elaichi,1 spoon corriander seeds,little cinnamon,grind all this into a paste. coconut milk:take one cup grated coconut add 2 cups water grind and take the milk. recipe:take a coocker put 2 table spoons of ghee then add the allingridients fry them until they get a liitle gold colour now add the masala paste fry it for 3 min then add the rice then fry it for 1 min then add the cocnut milk to it then add salt then cook it for four whistels.if u dont have whistle method u can steam it for 10 min.then serve it with raita.
