250 gms of paneer 1 cup milk 3 onions chopped 4 green chilly chopped 4 tbls oil 1/2 ts haldi 1/2 cup coriender leaves 1/2 ts jeera powder small piece ginger salt to taste.
* Chop the paneer to small pieces, add milk to it. Mix them and keep aside. * Take a pan, put oil,chopped onions,green chilly,ginger and fry them. * Add haldi and jeera powder while mixing it with the spoon. Later add paneer and milk mixture to it. *add salt and coriender leaves to it before you stop the stove. Its ready to serve and good with rotis and bread .
