Ingredients:
6 cups of cooked white rice
1 tsp mustard seeds
3 cups of plain yoghurt/Dahi
1 sprig curry leaves
2 green chillies, chopped finely
2 tsp coriander leaves, chopped finely
1 small piece of ginger chopped finely
1 dry red chilli, cut into pieces
A pinch of hing(asoefetida)
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Description:
Mix the ginger, coriander leaves, green chillies and salt into the yogurt.Mix well.
Add this to the rice and mix well.
Season with mustard, curry leaves, red chillies and hing.
Eat with any hot pickle.
